Transcom is a global customer experience specialist providing customer care, sales, technical support and collections services through our extensive network of contact centers and work-at-home agents. We are 28,000 customer experience specialists at 50 contact centers across 25 countries, delivering services in 33 languages to international brands in various industry verticals.

In Poland we have sites in Gdansk, Olsztyn, Białystok & Elbląg. We are hiring over 1100 Consultants supporting our customers in 10 languages: Polish, German, English, French and Scandinavian languages.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns for Poland

  • Supporting candidate attraction initiatives through online campaigns, design and production of marketing materials, Employee Referral Programs, outdoor marketing, and job fairs

  • Manage and promote Transcom's presence on social media through recruitment advertising, organic and paid campaigns, social media groups, and community management

  • Research market trends and make recommendations for improving recruitment efforts

  • Coordinate internal Brand Ambassadors Team activities

  • Reporting on sourcing channel effectiveness

  • 60% Candidate attraction

  • 10% Reporting

Our requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years experience in Recruitment / Recruitment Marketing / Employer Branding (preferably in SSC/BPO/RPO environment)

  • Very good English skills (B2/C1)

  • Very good knowledge of social media platforms in a business setting (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Good awareness of Market Insight and Candidate Attraction methodologies

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Rush, Photoshop) is an asset

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

  • Great analytical and reporting skills, experience in working with KPIs

  • A creative and innovative approach
